Isaac Padilla is the Founder and CEO of CareFlowAI. He comes from a background in healthcare and has grown up around the senior care industry for years — his mother and stepfather both lived in skilled nursing facilities for most of their lives.
That upbringing shaped his deep respect for the elderly community and a personal commitment to making sure the people who care for them are free to do exactly that.
CareFlowAI exists to give senior care facilities back the one thing no technology can create —
time to care.
